Hattie is a true professional. She has the ability to tailor a training program to suit her clients’ needs, aims as well as their lifestyle. Her training sessions are fun, challenging and most of all always have an element of difference to previous workouts, ensuring that you never get bored or complacent. Returning to the gym following childbirth can a be a daunting experience, Hattie enabled me to feel good about myself and my efforts (even on the days when I did not achieve as much as I would have liked) which convinced me that getting to the gym despite the sleepless nights a new born brings was worth it!

TRX was just the absolute perfect workout for me.. Last year I had to have a hysterectomy due to cancerous cells that were located, in order to get myself operation ready I attended Hattie’s TRX sessions which were invaluable for my recovery.. I’ve been working out with Hattie for 11 months and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is fun, friendly and pushes you to the limits, and still makes you find a little bit more you didn’t know you had.

Hattie took on board my fitness challenges and worked with me, encouraging me to better levels of fitness and then persuaded me that a triathlon was a suitable goal.
