What we do

One to One Personal Training

Personal training IS for everyone, not just the rich and famous. Many people benefit from having their own trainer who has a vested interest in their success and to help keep them motivated and ensure they see real progress towards their fitness goals. It’s all about you! Once we’ve established exactly what you want to achieve we will design a personalized fitness program to suit your lifestyle, budget and schedule. You will then work one to one with your trainer for as long as you want.

Couples Training

Grab your partner, best friend, colleague or anyone who has similar goals to you and we can train you together. It’ll be fun and cheaper for you but you’ll still get individual attention. You’ll be far less likely to quit or cancel a session because you won’t want to let them down. Take on the challenge together.

Small Group Training

Groups of 3-6 people will benefit from the increased motivation of this fun session. This is a great option for people who like to exercise with others but still want to reap the benefits of working with a personal trainer.

Express Training

Think you can’t get a good workout in 30 minutes? Think again…’s all about the intensity. So if you’re time pressed and you’re willing to work hard and push yourself to the limits every time, then Express Training might be just what you are looking for.

THUMP Boxing for Fitness

Beat stress, burn fat, build muscle and have fun with a high energy boxing workout. Using gloves and focus pads you can learn new skills along the way as you jab, punch and kick your way to better health. Available one to one with a trainer or as a small group.
